Tobin joined the Center for New Liberalism as the Community & Communications Manager in March 2023, after having previously led and supported successful CNL chapters in Denver and Reading, Pennsylvania.

Tobin graduated from Albright College in 2022 with degrees in Political Science and Public Policy & Administration. At Albright, Tobin's primary focus was on education and workforce development policy issues.

Tobin has gained national prominence online for his graphic design work and his YIMBY advocacy. Tobin's writing has been featured in the Colorado Sun, Westword, and the Vail Daily. His graphic design work has gained the attention of the White House, U.S. Senators, and U.S. Representatives, and has been featured in the Washington Post, Forbes, Business Insider, Vox, Rolling Stone, The Denver Post, and The Hill.
